Freier Informationsfluss wurde erst zu dem Zeitpunkt zum Thema, als die begin-nende Kommerzialisierung und die grenzüberschreitende, zunehmende Verbrei-tung des Netzes eigentumsrechtliche Regulierungen und damit nationale und internationale zivil- und strafrechtliche Maßnahmen erforderlich machte. Gepflo-genheiten, die vormals noch als ganz der akademischen Sphäre von Forschung und Entwicklung adäquate Produktions- und Kommunikationsweisen galten,22 mutierten plötzlich zu subversiven Praxen, wobei subversiv nicht schon alleine das pure Vorhandensein oder die Nutzung von Tauschbörsen, Diskussionsforen, Mailinglisten, Newsgroups usw. ist. Der Umstand, dass „Communities" jeglicher Interessenslage miteinander weltweit und virtuell in Kontakt treten können und Daten austauschen oder verbreiten, bedeutet erst mal nur eine Erweiterung und Verbesserung der medialen Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten. Das Medium ist eben nicht schon die Botschaft (auch wenn McLuhan für die Gegenbehauptung be-rühmt wurde, the medium is the message), es bedarf noch eines Inhaltes.23 Sub- versive Praxis ist das, was die herrschende Ordnung bewußt oder sich dessen bewusst werdend unterminiert, umgeht oder bedroht, wobei die Grenzen zwischen legal und illegal bei der Wahl der Mittel zu einer solchen Praxis fließend sind: „Mit Heraufkunft der mikroelektronischen Produktionsweise und Vernetzung der Com-puter entsteht im Kapitalismus eine historisch neuartige Formation von High-Tech-Ak-teuren, die sich die neuen Produktivkräfte durch deren oppositionelle Umfunktionierung aneignen und dabei Arbeit, Lebensweise, Ethik, Kriminalität und Sport zu neuen Gegen-kulturen verknüpfen" (Ohm 2000: 720)." Die Analyse der neue vernetzbaren Mediennetze geht hier genau von dem aus, was McLuhanianer predigen wuerden: dir Erweiterung der Moeglichkeiten. Erkannt werden muss aber, dass dieses eine bestimmte vorhandene, gesetzte Medialitaet voraussetzt, die an bestimmte Grenzen gehalten wird, die dann eben erweiterbar waeren und, dass mit jedem Medium exakt desehalb der Inhalt veraendert, weil der Inhalt dem Medium nicht hinzukommt, sondern Medium ohne Inhalt und Inhalt ohne Medium nie existieren. Es bedarf des Inhalts, das Inhalt bedarf aber grundsaetzlich immer eines Mediums. Die Urspruenglichkeit diverser Anfaenge medialer Vernetzungstechniken wird von Sabine Nuss ueberbetont. Aller freier Informationsfluss ist der Tatsache geschuldet, dass die Nationen USA und England, vorgelagert Deutschland usw., Forschung deshalb aus dem kommerziellen Sektor heraushielten, weil der kommerzielle Sektor diese nicht leistete, oder genauer nicht leisten wollte. Die Kosten fuer medientechnische Grundlageforschung wurden auf den Staat, sprich seine Buerger ohne Kapital und echtes Vermoegen abgewaelzt. Der Anteil der Forschung fuer den Krieg (Beispiel Konrad Zuse, oder auch Wernher von Braun) war im Deutschen Nazi Reich hoch, weil Ruestung die nationale Wirtschaft woertlichst ankurbelte. Der Medial-Industrielle Komplex ist genauso wie der Militaerisch-Indusrielle Komplex hausgemacht und beide miteinander verwoben. Von in Subversion sich wandelnden Praktiken kann nur als Retro-Phantasma (also etwa nicht Scinece-Fiction gelagertes Phantasma) die Rede sein, da dieselben Pratiken vor der Phase des Uebergleitens in den Verwertungsprozess selbst im geschuetzten Claim staatlicher Forschung stattfanden, also in einer Art Sonder-nichtwirtschafts-zone florierten, die von den Steuern der Arbeiterklasse bezahlt wurde. Subvention ist immer Subvention des Kapitals. Subversives Pontenzial erscheint hier zunaechst nur die vorlaeufige Desillusionierung der damaligen Handlungsweisen bezogen auf die realen Ziele der Forschung aufzubauen, aus denen dann spaeter die Geschaeftsmodelle einer alternativen Oekonomie der Open Source entstehen sollten. "Das Internet ist damit Produktions- und Kommunikationsmittel für außerhalb seiner selbst existierende „Gegenkulturen", es ist nicht schon die Gegenkultur selbst. Was gleichzeitig die allgemeinste und aussageschwaechste Defnition von dem ist, was - wie Saebien Nuss ganz richtig sieht - *am* Netz passiert. Doch reines "Produktions- und Kommunikations_mittel_" ist es nicht, da ja jedes Medium, jedes massenhafte Individualmedium wie Internetze, zugleich Milieu-situierend wirkt. "1-Euro-Job-Thematik" Am Anfang der Kette steht das Kapital. Die Regierung ist nur der wichtigste ausfuehrende Agent. Das Gespenst der Arbeitslosigkeit im Hintergrund ist die altbekannte Reservearmee als soziales Druckmittel und Klassenspaltunginstrument. Mittelkuerzungen, Projekte, die dann bei den Traegern nach "Ein-Euro-JobberInnen" anfragen, "ueberall gespart wird" ... das muss man, bei aller Wut, klar dialektisch sehen: ich kenne Leute, die ganz bewuszt den Deal eingegangen sind, um sich aus der groebsten Deaktivierungs-Scheisse (zu Hause am DSL-PC oder vorm Fernseher) selbst rauszuholen, verbunden manchmal sogar mit sinnvollen, wenn auch pivaten Qualifizierungen. Dass MAE ein Repressionsmittel und Instrument zum Lohndumping, vor allem im oeffentlichen Dienst ist, ist klar. Apropos privat: es ist schon offensichtlich, und damals (1949) bereits neo-liberal, warum in der vorlaeufigen (-> Artikel 146 GG) Verfassung der BRD (Grundgesetz) keine sozialen Grundrechte bezueglich der Arbeiterinnen stehen. Im Vergleich - und nur im Vergleich, ohne Vergoetzung des Staates und seiner Ver-Fassung - dazu noch die Weimarer Verfassung etwa: "Artikel 162 Das Reich tritt fuer eine zwischenstaatliche Regelung der Rechtsverhaeltnisse der Arbeiter ein, die für die gesamte arbeitende Klasse der Menschheit ein allgemeines Mindestmaß der sozialen Rechte erstrebt."
